About the Founder

With more than 15 years of experience in financial services consulting and leadership, I have helped banks, credit unions, and complex financial institutions navigate regulatory change, risk and compliance challenges, financial crime initiatives, and business transformation.

As Founder and Principal, I work directly with executive leaders, risk and compliance professionals, and project teams, bringing practical experience and hands-on leadership to complex initiatives. My role may vary from strategic advisor and project leader to subject matter expert or collaborative partner supporting an existing team.

Clients get me directly—supported by a trusted network of experienced industry professionals when additional expertise or capacity is needed. This lets me stay personally engaged and bring the right capabilities to each engagement, tailored to the client's objectives, scope, and needs.
